About the ADA
NAIA athletics directors have their own association and play a central role in conventions, championships and conference administration. The Athletic Director Association (ADA) is the official governance body representing all NAIA Athletic Directors. Membership is automatic for all NAIA ADs. The ADA provides input on NAIA policy, legislation, and operational matters to ensure Athletic Director perspectives are represented within NAIA governance. In conjunction with NACDA, the ADA established the NAIA-ADA as a professional development resource. Separate from the ADA, membership in the NAIA-ADA is optional and provides added value opportunities such as professional development programming and AD mentoring program.
